All Datamax-O’Neil printers are eligible for warranty and service repair by BlueStar Canada. BlueStar Canada has always been an authorized repair center for Datamax-O’Neil’s portable printers. Now, customers may enjoy the advantage and convenience of having their desktop printers repaired in the same facility.
2. Do I contact the same person for desktop and portable repairs?

3. What is the shipping process for sending in my printer for repair?
While the product is still under the manufacture warranty:

4. What is the expected turn around time on desktop printers sent in for repair?
The average expected turn around time is five-seven business days.
Datamax-O’Neil products manufacture warranty may be enhanced by SimpleCare. SimpleCare is BlueStar Canada’s one day depot repair service contract that provides three years coverage.
5. Will BlueStar Canada offer a loaner printer while my printer is being fixed?
Currently, replacement “loaner” printers are not available.
6. How does the cost compare to sending it to Datamax-O’Neil?
There are no additional costs in sending Datamax-O’Neil products to BlueStar Canada’s Service Center compared to sending them directly to Datamax-O’Neil. In fact, it could cost less if the product(s) are being shipped from a Canadian location to BlueStar Canada Service Center:
