Your main tasks:
- Enter orders in the order management system for our Montreal office
- Process Orders received via Fax, email or Internal Website
- Process credit cards payments
- Any other related task.
Your enthusiastic nature makes you seek out a young and fast-paced work environment. You are capable of working under pressure, work flexible hours, and have proven that you have initiative and judgment and appreciate team work.
Your background:
- Perfectly bilingual (French, English) both spoken and written
- You have your DEC diploma
- 1-2 years order entry/administration and customer service experience
- Excellent knowledge of Windows, Internet and MS-Office software
- Knowledge Great Plains (Dynamics), (asset but not necessary)
