They can help with individual projects or can become a part of your everyday business, holding numerous certifications necessary to handle the most complicated projects. Rest assured they will represent your company well. BlueStar offers WLAN Site Surveys, WLAN Installation, On-Site Printer Repair, POS System Installation, and Mobile Computer Installation.
In addition to technical services, BlueStar provides a wide range of educational services to get our VAR customers the most relevant information on the products we offer. Along with trainings and certifications provided through our manufacturers, BlueStar hosts seminars and Lunch & Learns on a wide variety of topics, at locations throughout the country. We also make available to our customers self-running Webinars called e-Learns, that can be accessed day or night.
Marketing and Business-Development Services
BlueStar has worked to create a portfolio of business-development services for our customers called FUSION, that is designed to enhance our resellers' marketing and business-development programs. It brings BlueStar Vendors together with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to form partnerships where Vendors can easily provide assistance to VARs through the FUSION program's value-added solutions. We provide a variety of direct avenues for Vendors to inform, educate, and guide their VAR Partners in growing their businesses, with FUSION business-development tools such as: direct mail, telemarketing, graphic design, Web development and optimization, and printing services.
