A framework for business growth, the PartnersFirst® Program is a suite of programs tailored to help our partners enhance the end-value of Zebra products and increase customer satisfaction. There are PartnersFirst Programs for a wide range of organizational types—from valued added resellers and consultants to technology vendors and independent software companies. And each is designed to create opportunities for business growth by helping members add value to their product or service and better serve end customers.
Encouraging Collaboration and Cooperation
Zebra's PartnersFirst Program provides a framework that encourages cooperation and collaboration—not just between Zebra and its partners, but between members as well. The result is a network of resources which PartnersFirst members can tap to create optimal customer value.
Enhancing Capabilities
Equally important, the PartnersFirst Program provides members with access to the resources they need to broaden their reach and expand their capabilities without adding costly infrastructure. It gives VARs ready access to marketing, training, and technical assistance. It enables Zebra and technology partners to work together to develop better solutions and gain market share. And it creates opportunities for PartnersFirst® members to dynamically partner with organizations whose products, industry expertise, skill sets, geographic location, or other capabilities are mutually beneficial.

Partner Requirements
Below is an overview of the requirements for the programs Zebra offers today in North America. If none of these programs fit the nature of your business, please note that there are other programs under development that Zebra will be announcing in the future.
Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) / Systems Integrators (SIs)
Technology Partner Program
This program has been developed to welcome businesses that recommend or specify Zebra products as part of their technology solution. ISV's and Systems Integrators that are part of this program derive at least 70% of their annual revenue from either software or hardware related sales that are complimentary to Zebra products. They meet with their Zebra relationship manager on a quarterly basis to discus current and potential projects where a Zebra printer may be part of the solution, and identify training opportunities for their staff to ensure they are aware of the many products that are available for integration with their solution offering. As a participant in the program, these partners receive a listing of their company on Zebra's public Web site, as well as access to Zebra's Software Developer's Kit. This includes the latest drivers, label design software and spec sheets to assist you with your solution development. Another key set of benefits is access to technical or application engineering support, a range of marketing support, including tools that will provide co-branding opportunities, as well as demo equipment for research and development, demonstration or marketing purposes.
Value Added Resellers (VARs)
Zebra offers a variety of programs for VARs, including those focused on specific products, such as Zebra's desktop/tabletop printers, mobile printers, RFID printers and supplies, as well as programs for specific market sectors, including government and healthcare. Businesses in any of these programs demonstrate a competency in professional services, pre-sale and technical support and field sales activities, as well as a minimum volume threshold. Specialized programs may require additional capabilities or activities that align with the program. Benefits may include discounted demo equipment, marketing support, rebates, access to special promotions and leads.
